I have torn pretty much all of my hair out attempting to resolve this now, and would like some assistance!
I have various dell laptops with the following issue with Network Connect 6.3.0:
After roughly 10 mins of connection to the SSL VPN, the network connect application restarts the 'Duration' counter back to 0:00:00, the connection then becomes completely unusable.
Prior to the connection timer resetting, the VPN functions perfectly with no issues whatsoever.
This only happens when using the Wifi connection on the laptop. Using a wired connection doesn't cause any issues at all.
Furthermore, I get a prompt saying I need to click OK to extend my session due to inactivity, even when I've been transferring large amounts of data throughout the duration of the 10 mins.
I have tried updating the wireless network card driver, I have also reimaged the machine so it is a Vista x86 Fresh build with SP1 and NO Updates.
Another interesting find, the wired connection was creating exactly the same problem, however removing Windows Update KB956802 resolved this problem?
I've spent over a week on this now, and really need a resolution!
