NC Client not getting installed on windows 7

NC Client is not getting installed on the windows 7 systesm, coming back with the below error.

nc.windows.app.23712

tried uninstalling the NC Client & juniper installed & manually installing both the client still bounced back with same error.

Windows 7 is running on 32 bit OS, SSL VPN is 6500 with IVE Version 6.5.0 R 4.0

Tried diabling the interactive agent on the Windows 7 OS, which is not help Smiley Sad

Some one suggest the probable cause of the failure.

Re: NC Client not getting installed on windows 7

Which version are you using?
Try this
Control Panel > System > Hardware Tab > Device Manager > Choose Menu Option "View" > Then Choose "Show hidden devices"
Disabling Juniper Network Connect Virtual Adapter - Packet Scheduler Miniport

Please accept it as a solution if it resolves the issue. Kudos are welcome.

Thanks

That did not fix this same issue for me.

Re: NC Client not getting installed on windows 7

That error message is related to an error in the config being sent; are you seeing this only on Windows 7?
Can you post here (or send me private message) the log files from %appdata%\Juniper Networks\Logging and %public%\Juniper Networks\Logging.

To get the logs, you will need to:

1) Enable client-side logs for Network Connect at System>Log/Monitoring>Client Logs>Settings

2) Login as a user and launch Network Connect

Some things to check, if you are not comfortable with sending the logs:

1) If you are using split-tunneling, are you subnets right with the networks listed?

2) Do you have DNS servers defined correctly (and successfully)?

Thanks!
