NC and Win7 64 Bit

After reading through the pages of thread regarding this that were 2 year old i though i would pose a question regardin connecting with NC through Win7 64 Bit OS. We are Runnin 7.1R3 on our server and i have verified that the test bed of users (3 people) have the correct 64 bit NC client installed but they are getting an error while trying to connect (see attachment). Can anyone shed some light on how to resolve this issue?

What does it say in the User Access logs? It should give you more information why the SA is rejecting the connection.

The error indicates that the connection was denied from the SA end (probably some config issue).

You could also try run a policy trace for those specific users. It should point out in case there is a config problem.

some specific things to check:

network connect server ip

network connect pool for the user role

network connect filter

We used Host Checker and reg keys. Had to edit 64bit part of regestry not just standard.

This error is solely when the config can't be given; any luck checking to make sure the users should be getting an IP?
