Hi, what should be wrong our configuration that we are running PSA-5000 Active / Passive cluster (Pulse Secure Connect version 8.2R4.1) and clients are windows Pulse Secure clients 5.2.3.537. After server boot clients and users can connect to server normally and get right roles and IP address to Pulse Desktop Clients. When PSA server system log came new line like is in title (NWC24375) the server is not give any new connection and Pulse users prompt only text "waiting to connect" and it not connecting to VPN server. If going to check active users list, the user session is login but the client doesn't have any IP. Also if trying to check user log from PSA server there not any information that you can reach what is wrong in system.

I think this problem came when we update SA-4500 > PSA-5000 and update the software version to bigger than 8.2 (our server configuration works fine when it was 8.1 maybe our configuration has changed something in this time). I don't find any good log file also from client side what should be tell me what is wrong...

Any ideas how this should be fixed? I don't like reboot this server every week...

That sounds like an item that we are tracking in the 8.2 version of the OS.
Can you please open a case with the user access logs (save all logs) and a system snapshot, set to include debug log and system config, for verification? For the snapshot, please set the debug log information at Maintenance>Troubleshooting>Monitoring>Debug Log so that debug logging is enabled at level 50 for 250MB and track on the event codes: SBR,sbr,ifttls,dsagentd
