Need help with network connect proxy server

Trying to get one of our cleints connected to SA700. They are using a proxy server and set IE up via "automatic configuration script". I tried setting proxy to "Preserve client side proxy settings" but they can't get Network Connect going. It times out. Any one know a way around this? I'm new to Juniper SA, so forgive me if I left things out.

Doesn't help much, but thanks for the reply. I already looked at that one. My real question was can I specify a manual proxy server config in the NC Connection profile and override the auto config script.? Apparently not, since it doesn't work. The auto config script the client uses is not a PAC file.

The client proxy cannot be overwritten; it is merged with the setting you have set on the NC Connection Profile. What type of proxy is used?
