Netconnect Issue, reconnecting after idle timeout doesn't launch login scripts

I need the Windows Session scripts to trigger when a user logs in.  Basically I am using a vbs script to take out the proxy.pac file that the SSL VPN adds when you disable split tunneling.  The problem is when a user idle's out, then reconnects, the SSL VPN re adds the proxy.pac to there IE settings, but doesn't trigger the Session Start script that I have to disable this setting.  Any idea's on how to fix this or a work around?

where does it put the file ? What if you made the directory protected and didnt give the process rights to write files ?
