No.
Use Shrewsoft VPN (google it) to connect using IPSec to a netscreen. This works perfectly, though is not 'supported' by Juniper.
Alternatively consider updating to a Junos Firewall, and use PULSE which is Juniper supported, or an SA series for SSL VPN.
