Recently I've had a few users report that they are getting stuck on the Loading Components phase when trying to connect with Network Connect 6.3 at particular locations that have Cable or DSL. It will just sit there until the user closes the window. To futher complicate matters we found that with two of these users we are able to get them connected via dial-up which then allows them to make a subsequent connection through their normal broadband connection. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
