Network Connect 8.1

Hi,
I have a SA 6500 appliance which is running OS 6.5 and will be upgraded to 8.1. The Network Connect client on the user's laptop has to be upgraded so is it possible that the Network Client 8.1 can be downloaded and pre-installed on the user's laptop. When the SA 6500 is upgraded from 6.5 to 8.1 then the user's laptop communicate with SA 6500 using the NC 8.1.

No, not easily. This is one of the major advantages of using the Pulse client. Pulse client is independent of the PCS server release. End user can run older or newer versions of the client (with some limitation) and still be able to connect to the PCS device.
