Network Connect - Installation fails for Czech & Slovakian language XP clients

Hello all,

Does anyone have knowledge of the phenomenon that NC fails to install on Czech and Slovakian Windows XP clients?

The installation path : C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Juniper Networks is being created for the installation, but here it ends.

In fact, in these languages this folder has another name. C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Data aplikací

However after creating a "link" with Sysinternals junction for the Application Data folder which maps to the Data aplikací folder the installation fails as well.

Similar issues have been reported by a few customers, they were fixed in IVE OS 7.0R3 and 7.1R1 and beyond. If you are using a different version of the code, consider performing an upgrade. If not, please specify what version you are using.

If it does not, please open a case with JTAC for investigation on why this might be failing.

But, +3 for the hope that it resolves it.

Thank you for your reply. We use indeed 7.0r2 so an upgrade will fix this hopefully.
