Hi All,
I have some customers that use 64-bit Linux and feel that having to patch the 32-bit version to get this to work is a bit tedious, with all agreeing that other vendors (*no rude words will be published here!*) support 64bit Linux and so should Juniper.
So my questions are:
Is there another way 64-bit users can connect via SSL VPN?
Or is there something in the pipeline for a 64-bit Linux client?
Any help is always greatly appreciated.
Regards

Thanks, Charlie. I have opened an ER and provide the ER number in your ticket. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Hello Charlie,
We are definitely working on supporting Linux 64-bit with Pulse client. At this moment, I cannot provide an ETA. I would suggest opening a support ticket so we can formal track your request. This gives us a better idea how many customers are interested in support for a Linux 64-bit VPN client.
Hi Kita,
Many thanks for your speedy response.
I presume I can still log this request with Juniper?
Or should I push it through as an Enhancement Request?
Regards
SA/MAG are now under Pulse Secure. If you open a SA/MAG case via Juniper case manager, it will be send to Pulse Secure and we can handle your request. This would be an enhancement request.
If you can provide the case number, I can help move this forward.
Hi Kita,
Brilliant.
I'll raise the case first thing tomorrow morning and provide you with the case number.
Many thanks for your help so far.

Hi Kita,
JTAC case for this : 2015-0515-0094, Linux 64bit Pulse client
Current TAC owner states that there are no future plans for a client.
Do you wish me to push this through as an ER via my Pre-Sales team?
Regards
Hi Kita,
Thanks for the help.
Kudos to you.

We are requesting exactly the same thing. Demand for this is extremely high, please add us to the list of requesters.
Our open ticket about the issue: Ticket: SR Update P3 2015-0414-0938 - NIWA LIMITED.
Any real ETA? As it seems this has been in the pipeline for years but we never see anything...
When you say working on a Pulse cleint, does this mean a new Linux client with support for modern operating systems? Is this a ground up client which presents the same feature set (full VPN tunnel) as on Windows/Mac/Mobile for 64bit Linux?
