Network Connect Mac Connect issue

I am using Network Connect 6.5 on a MacBook Pro running 10.5.8. I am able to connect to Network Connect (getting the connection, IP and clock), but as soon as I do no programs can connect. It shows that I am connected in Network Connect, but I cannot load google or entourage will not connect. I tried pinging the DNS and the exchange server in Network Connect but no programs are getting out. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dumb question of the day for you - can other (non MAC) users connect using NC to the same resources? IE - do you have your NC resource access policies defined properly?

Non Mac users do not use Network Connect, they use a different gateway.

Can you expand on your comment:

NC resource access policies defined properly?

Under the NC Access Policies Tab (Users / Resource Policies / Network Connect) do you have an access policy that provides the rights to the resouces in question and does that map to the role you are using. This is seperate from the Connection Profile which is what establishes your DHCP, DNS, etc.....

Are you using split tunneling enabled or disabled? Does toggling this make a difference in access?
