Network Connect and VNC not working

We currently have an SA2500 running release 6.1. When a user connects with Network Connect and initiates a VNC session with realVNC, the connection establishes and the remote screen appears, but we are unable to interact with the system. Is this a known issue? Has anyone seen this and/or have a fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the screen updating and your VNC settings incorrect or does it just timeout?

If you open a VNC to the workstation and something opens like a internet browser windows, can you see that window open?
