All of our users are local admins. Tried the Juniper Installer Service and it had no effect. Thanks for the suggestions.

Ronin, Any chance the users that have this issue are assigned to more than one role and any of the roles assigned have the "auto-uninstall" enabled? Can't see any other reason for this. I would suggest you open a JTAC case and attach the client logs.

Nope. When I log in using my account on another user's laptop with this problem, Network Connect reinstalls. When I log in to my laptop with my account it does not.

Firefox works! Had a user with this problem download and install Firefox and NC did not reinstall. So the problem lies somewhere in IE, I guess?
