Network Connects installation Failed with error messsages

hi all,

I'm having error installing network connects on some of our IE ,winxp. Here is the error log. anyone knows what could be the possible issues ?

Hi,

What version of Java Runtime are you using. It makes a difference. Could you load JRE 1.6.7, reboot and try again ?

Are you logged in as admin ?

Thanks for the reply.

1. Sure i'm using administrator prilevage

2. I'm installation NC using internet explorer. Are you sure by updating the java it will helps ? Will try that
