Network connect

I am not able to connect, with the network connect keeps giving message that it is reconnecting. I am not sure where to provide the logs. I am on windows 7.

I tried to upgrade network connect to 8.1.

And the same problem still remains.

Can let me know where and what logs you guys need ? Thanks for helping

The file found here, https://www.pulsesecure.net/download/techpubs/current/433/pulse-connect-secure/pcs/8.1rx/How_To_Performance_Logs_for_NC_Pulse_Windows.pdf, has all the logs needed

What are the error messages on the client (nc.windows.app.nnnnn)?
What are the error messages on the server?
Is this happening to all users or just a few?
