Network speed drops significantly with Pulse secure.

I have broadband connection with 15MBps speed. It works fine until I connect to Pulse secure. Once I connect to pulse secure, the network speed drops to 2MBps. Why this drop occurs with pulse secure ?? Any suggestion/advice to fix this problem ?

I am using Dell laptop with Windows 7.

Tunnel type ==========>> VPN
VPN type ==========>> SSL/VPN

The connection type is the slower of the two options available; if you are able to maintain an ESP connection, does the speed drop off as much?
What version are you using?

I dont know how to change type to ESP.
