No Internet Access with Pulse Secure

I have Windows 10 running on my MAC via Bootcamp. As soon as I install Pulse Secure my internet dies. No Internet Access. As soon as I uninstall my internet is back up and running.

I had Symantec Endpoint Protection on here and uninstalled it. I had FortiClient installed and uninstalled it. Still the same error.

Somewhere routing/DNS issue while the Pulse Secure client is running. If you close (exit) the Pulse client do you still having an issues

Few of my customers in CE are also facing similar issue but specific to UnityMedia or UPC service provider in CE region. internet and intranet stops working after connecting Pulse Secure client however outlook and other applications works fine. DNS resolution doesn't happen.

UnityMedia using ds-lite so suspecting issue with service provider network but this is good place to check with wider audience.

Is the connection running when you see loss of access? Do you have access to internal resources?
What version of Pulse?
Do you see the same behavior when connected through macOS?

Hi,

Connection is not dropped when internet/intranet access is lost. Access to internal resources is fine e.g. outlook, printing, shared drives etc. only problem is with internet/intranet sites.

We are running 8.2R6.

Not tested on MacOS as only corporate users reported this issue. Same behaviour when users use web access via NetConnect.

As soon as I install Pulse Secure my internet stops working. No email, no browser, nothing. Cannot even ping google.com. As soon as I uninstall all my internet comes back.

I use to have forticlient installed but uninstalled that as well. Also uninstalled my virus scanner.

I downloaded the latest version of Pusle Secure.

was there ever a resolution to this?   I have the same issue with WIN10 and Pulse Secure 9.1.2
