I am trying to connect pulse with home wifi and is stuck at the same point connecting for long . Is there any workaround for this issue ? I am trying to connect pulse with wifi and it is stuck in connecting .. . With mobile hotspot it is working fine . Please let me know if anyone has any idea where the problem persist . In the wifi side or pulse side .
@Nishika Are you able to access the VPN server from the browser? however, not able to connect from the Pulse Client?

I can login with the pulse secure app every time.
With my home connection all FQDN I try to open with my browser return DNS error. If I open directly an IP address I succeed .
With a mobile hotspot I'm able to open every link, both with FQDN and IP address directly.
It might be an issue with my home connection but I'm not able to figure out what to search for.
@vzamboni What DNS server is being used by your home Wifi connection?
Can you please try after setting any public servers like 184.108.40.206 or 220.127.116.11?
@vzamboni Can you capture the traffic using wireshark see if we're receiving DNS error from Google DNS?
This sounds like the FQDN restore problem which has been reported to Pulse Secure.
You'll want to check your DNS setting remaing the Tunnel DNS or not.
I am facing the same issue with my system , i can connect via Hotspot and when i try to connect via wifi , its not connecting .
Kindly help me to resolve it please as my work is pending due to this.
