Dear All,
After upgrading from 7.1 to 7.3r4, some of my users (all on Mac OS-X) complains about not beeing able to access to our SSL VPN gateway.
a ping to my SSL Gateway reports following error:
> ping: sendto: Cannot allocate memory
Safari shows this error when accessing to SSL VPN gateway:
> The error is: 'The operation couldn't be completed. Cannot allocate memory.' (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:12)
This seems to be related to a routing table completly broken (see screenshot).
Do you see the same issue on your sites?
The only way to solve this issue was to clear the routing table (disable/enable TCP/IP on advanced preference on Wi-Fi/Ethernet interface).
Regards,
Vincent
I have seen this issue once, but it was a intermittent issue for Mac OS X users. Also, it appeared the route table was being modified when Network Connect application was opened, not when Network Connect was launched. Since NC does not modified the route table until NC is launched, this lead us to believe this was due to a external issue outside of the NC application.
How many end user are affected and is this easily reproducible?
