OWA 2003 With Chinese windows.

Good Day,

we hava a problem with All the Chinese pc's after an update from 6.4R1 to 7.1R2 of the SA2500.

before the update everything worked, after that all the pc's in Chinese, are not showing the messages and the previews of the messages, only the left tree is displayed.

we tried mozilla, and is working, the problem is only with IE(any version), we tried to connect directly to owa 2003 bypassing the SA and is working.

we also tried to set up a fresh istallation of a chinese windows xp and the problem is still there.

anyone has the same problem?

Re: OWA 2003 With Chinese windows.

If you configure your web encoding policy to match, does it work?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have found a new item for JTAC to look at; I would recommend a case. (please provide the logs needed, as outlined here: http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/ive/guides/troubleshooting/RewriteTroubleshootingandLogColl...

Re: OWA 2003 With Chinese windows.

I'm not sure; I know you a support contract is needed for a support case....but I don't know if that is called j-care or not (sorry).

You should be able to open a case from here: https://www.juniper.net/customers/support/

There is an option for creating a case/RMA; you will choose that and follow the prompts for opening a case.
