We are publishing OWA2003 on a SA-4000 running 6.3R1-1 and wanted to know if anyone else has come across this. The OWA bookmark is configured to open in a new window. If you click Log Off in the OWA window, an Authentication Required window comes up asking for username and password. If you click Cancel, it takes you back into OWA. If you enter your credentials and click Continue, the OWA logout screen is displayed.
We have the Juniper toolbar disabled so I am not refering to the Sign Out button.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
I am running 63R1-1 (build 13563) and run OWA 2003 in the same manner (seperate Window) on an SA2000) - I do NOT have this problem with my users. Hit logout and get logged out. I know that there were at least two builds for 1-1. What build are you running?
We are running build 13563.
Also, we are publishing OWA behing ISA 2004 using Forms Based Authentication. If that helps.
We were initially getting the certificate error when bringing up the OWA mailbox, but that has been fixed by unchecking the 2 boxes under Allow browsing untrusted SSL websites
1) Warn users about the certificate problems
2) Allow users to bypass warnings on a server-by-server basis
See attached screenshot. Any help would be appreciated.
Figured it out. Had to add 2 more lines under Web Access Control:
https://mail.domain.com:443/exchange/*
https://mail.domain.com:443/exchweb/*
and updated the bookmark with /exchange
Thanks for your help with this.
