Outage - NetConnect Users can log in but cannot access anything
A variety of users can log into the box but cannot actually get to anything. It's almost like they are being denied access. I try to fail over the platform to the backup box, Clustering, disable primary, The whole platform goes down 300+ users kicked out.
Has this happened to anyone else ? I had to shut off the primary and reboot. Any suggestions on how to handle it better in the future ?
