After connected to the Pulse Connect Secure VPN, Outlook is not working. When we check the properties of Pulse Secure Virtual Adapter, we notice Juniper Network Service is checked. If we uncheck Juniper Network Service, Outlook is working fine on VPN.

Any fix which can be automated instead of manually updating(Unchecking the service) it on user machines
But you should upgrade your client
