A lot of users have a problem since few days.
When they connect the Pulse Secure Client and that after the successful connection, they try to launch Outlook (O365 - Exchange Online), the app says that it can't connect.
If Outlook is started before the VPN establishement, no problem.
The release of the firmware is the 9.1.r8
Any idea ?
Do we use traffic enforcement option on the VPN server?
is the network status showing no internet access?
connecting from wifi or LAN? if using wifi, what is the wifi model?

This problem has been known for months with no resolution.
I have escalated my ticket to the highest people and they have no answers.
Lets hope Ivanti cleans house there and get this workign normally.
