PCS v8.3r1 and Pulse Desktop Client 5.3.1 - Statement of Health Host checker rules Windows 10

Hi there,
Is anyone using the latest PCS and Pulse client to successfully check for windows updates being turned on for windows 10 (and 7 for that matter?)
I have a host checker policy that requires AV on, firewall on, and windows update on. So far the AV and Firewall tests are working, but when I try to disable Windows update by turning off the service, Pulse client just keeps on going and logs in.
A/V is important but with MS17_010 on all our minds, so's windows update!

I did try a patch management rule, but it takes sometime to check for compliance, and frankly I'm not 100% sure what it was checking. Is it possible to check for just one patch?

regards

Royston

No, it is not possible to check for a specific patch
If there is a static registry or file update, you can check for that (and then update the rule as it changes)
