PDU for SA6000

Dear forum members,

Once a year, our SA6000 is no more reachable. Thus we want to use a PDU to reboot it when we are not at office.

Is it possible to set the system goes on state after an AC power loss (like most servers)?

I don't know that this is possible - JTAC should be able to give you a definite answer.

I think someone could make a lot of money with a one-plug, network addressable remote power controller.  I imagine a small device the size of the power supply for a laptop computer or a little smaller with the two power connections and an ethernet jack, running a telnet or http server for control.  I'd probably be willing to spend $50-75 dollars for it.  Unfortunately, I haven't found one of these.
