Password input now keyboard not keypad

When at the Username / Password page of Pulse secure App the input method for password has changed from Keypad to Keyboard? Can anyone help?

Is it Pulse Mobile Client? What type of authentication being used? For me, it always showed keyboard...

in addition to the question by [email protected], are you expecting to use numbers only or alphanumeric?
is it for the pulse application itself or something accessed through the pulse appliance?
