Pasword expiring message continuously pops up! PCS/ICS 9.1R15.0

Dear Community,

 

I have realized that since we are running PCS 9.1R15.0 (or the now called ICS 9.1R15.0),  often  the message that the password expiration date pops up.

Although we have set it to be displayed when in only (or less) than 14 days the password is going to expire (in our case I am referring to the LDAP password), we are getting the message displayed even in case the password is going to expire in e.g. 50 days (issue that never occurred until we were running PCS 9.1R12 or lower).

 

Could you please share if anybody is experiencing a similar issue?

Do you use LDAP(s) or AD for the user auth?

it sounds like you are seeing an issue that we are investigating (the kb pointed out by @rdumitrescu)
if you have not already done so, please open a case with our support team
