After the latest DAT file was pulled down to our SAs we aren't able to manage our patch host check policy. Basically there aren't any products showing up for us to choose and when we drill down to add "ignores" to our policy no patches show up. JTAC is saying they are aware of the issue and have sent it to the engineering team.
Has anyone had this issue and have you been given an explanation? This happened before and I was told that it was a parsing issue with a specific patch in the DAT file.
On Oct 10 a patch Management data downloaded on SA4500.
But an error occured about Patch Assessment of Host Checker. The error was not shown product list when click the specific products.
I had tried the test about the error. After factory reset the Unit, Upgrade same OS. Thus, there is no patch management data except for factory data.
Then work of the Patch management is normal.
The same issue was also in August. So I think this error cause specific date downloaded Patch management Data.
The current situation is a very serious situation on my clients.
I expect a quick resolution.
