Playbook VPN to MAG2600 SSL VPN gateway using IKEv2

I have followed the kb article KB22466 to configure a Playbook vpn to my client's SA2500. it works great. But when i tried to duplicate this setup for another client who has a MAG2600, I cannot get it to work.

pulse clients connect fine to the MAG2600. The only difference between the two configurations is that the SA2500 site is using a digicert SSL certificate and the MAG2600 site is using a standard SSL certificate from godaddy. I have imported both certificates into the playbood without errors.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you imported the entire cert chain from godaddy into the intermediate CA store on the MAG and client? What error message do you receive?

yes,

I imported on both. The mag2600 indicated that is was already installed. No errors from pb install.

Ok. What error do you see when you attempt to connect MAG user access & event logs)?
What type of cert are you using?

Is the godaddy certificate having an intermediate certificate, if it does, is the interediate certificate uploaded to the mag device under "Specify the Device Certificate(s). If you don't have a certificate yet, you can create a CSR and import the resulting signed certificate. If necessary, you can add custom Intermediate CAs", you can click on the Intermediate CAs" link and upload the intermediate certs if any
