Post connect to Pulse Connect Secure VPN Internet Speed drops to 10 times

I am having an 45M speed internet connections post connect to VPN it drops to 4-4.5M.

Anyone faced this issue. Do we have any solutions for this?

Are you seeing the speed drop when connected to both LAN & WiFi? If the posted results are when using Wifi, then please help me with the Wifi driver model.

I believe we all have similar issues.  My company is installed 100Mbps Internet connection, however the tunnel speed is limited at 35Mbps for a SSL mode VPN tunnel.  I didn't test ESP mode VPN tunnel.  You may try if it may be faster.
