Probem with selfmade certificates after upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4

I have selected options

 "Allow browsing untrusted SSL websites"

but after upgrade to version 7.4 - the client by clicking the link to the website receives an untrusted certification - in version 7.3 everything works without error - How to fix it??

As kita indicated, it shouldn't have been working. My guess is that either the option to show the warning message was unchecked in 7.3 and enabled again in 7.4 automatically (and erroneously) or there was a bug in which the setting was read wrong

Re: Probem with selfmade certificates after upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4

The best solution is to install the root CA (on the SA device) that signed the ssl certificate to avoid the following message.  I have not heard of any issues between 7.3 and 7.4 in regards to untrusted certificate.  Is the ssl certificate signed by a private ca or a public ca?

Since this is from a private ca, these ca would not be installed on the SA by default.  My recommendation would be to install the private ca under the Trusted Server CA list to resolve this issue.

I tested this in our lab and did not find any change in behavior between 7.3 and 7.4.  I will continue to test to see if I can replicate the issue.
