Problem with Host Checker.

Hi,

When the same user tries to connect via a wireless data card , he is able to connect ,but when he uses a fixed link provided by the service provider, the he faces problems in his connection. I see no error messages on the screen of the users nor any logs on the SSL. It gets stuck at verifing hostchecker icon and stays there for few min, before asking him to sign again,,this keeps repeating. Is this something to do on the host checker.

Any thoughts as to what could be the issue !!!!

Dear Bhumit,

Verify if you have configured and settings in end point security-->Host Checker-->Policies.

You probably have any mac-address restriction.

Also enable to show the reason of restriction when a client connects the VPN.
