Hi,
I had a user this morning that was unable to login because it's antivirus was stated to be out of date.
After some checking I noticed she had Virus definition file 5875 for the McAfee Enterprise 8.7i Scanner.
Which is the most recent apparently.
But it was not right for the SSLVPN!
So I checked with the Virus Signature Version Monitoring system, and sure enough... Problem.
The file ( https://download.juniper.net/software/av/uac/epupdate_hist.xml ) is perfectly downloaded, but it does not contain this 5875, the latest and greatest it has is 5874...
So it seems that the link is out of sync with the reality of McAfee. (5875 has a release date of 28/1/2010 on it's website)
At the moment I have temporarily removed the check of the virus update files. But this is clearly not a good idea to leave it this way...
Can this be fixed and or just curiously, does this happen more?

Azhram,
I checked the file now, it does include the update that your user has. It appears that there was a delay in the file updating. The root cause for the issue has been found. We are looking into ways to correct this so that it doesn't happen again.
Thanks
