Problem with client 9.1R13/14

Hello,

 

I have a problem with the client Pulse Secure.

Actually, the Pulse Secure server is in 9.1R13  and the client Pulse Secure is in 9.1R6 . It’s work fine.

We will update the Pulse Secure client, and we test the version 9.1R13, but we have a problem.

When I make the first connection, the connection Pulse Secure is up but i don’t have Internet. I must disconnect and reconnect 2 at 5 times for it’s work. After a lot of time, I lose the connection Internet. I must disconnect and reconnect a lot of time for avoir Internet.

 

I also have the same problem on version 9.1R14.

Is anything to change with the latest updates? Do we need to enable other settings?

If I understand you correctly, when you are connected to VPN with split tunnel activated that you lose internet after some time? A restart fixes it for a bit and then you lose it again? Does the World icon go away and come back down by the clock?

Yes, that's right.
At the first connection, the VPN tunnel is up, but I have the icon of world for internet. After several restarts, I have internet correctly.
Then after some time, I lose the internet connection again and the world icon comes back.

I have this problem on versions 9.1R13/14 but not on 9.1R6.

Sorry, we have not. We just started notincing it on a user or two, it is not wide spread yet. I am curious if anybody has created a ticket yet
