Problems downloading virus signatures

Hi,

We are experiencing problems downloading the virus signatures from download.juniper.net.

The download stopped at 8 march 2009. We already noticed that download.juniper.net changed IP addres, so we have adapted this.

But now we are getting the following error:

Virus Signature Monitoring : download failed - rc=60 - url='https://download.juniper.net/software/av/uac/epupdate_hist.xml' - err='SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK'

We already uploaded the new certificates, but still no luck.

Anyone has the correct certificates, or does now how to solve this problem?

We have now exactly the same msg in the event log.

We have changed nothing ourself.

What could be the problem?

We just noticed the problem as well, looks like it started June 5 around 11am.

Do we need to update our SSL cert for Juniper?

It started 05/06/2010 at 18.00 (GMT +1).

We contacted JTAC - they provided us with an intermediate Verisign cert. Applied it to our IVE, OK now. Funny how that came up all of the sudden. Looks like this cert is now good until March 2019.
