Problems with iPad Pulse V3.2 client - drops connection and stuck in Reasserting mode

Was wondering if anyone else was having issues with the new Pulse 3.2 client on the iPad. Before when I was using the 3.0 Pulse client I could go days taking my iPad between work and home and without dropping my VPN connection to our MAG4610 IVE. After upgrading to the 3.2 client some days I have to reconnect 2-3 times a day. The VPN tunnel drops (no VPN icon on the ipad) but the client gets stuck in 'Reasserting' mode and you have to press on Disconnect and then Connect and login again.

which blames the iPad wi-fi connection. But I never has this problem on the 3.0 client and my iPad is connecting to the same wi-fi routers it did before from the same location.

The 3.2 client is nice with the meeting option and cleaner interface but dropping my VPN connection multiple times a day is not fun.

Anyone else have any problems like this?

I have not heard of any issues with dropped connections with Pulse for iOS 3.2.1. Do you know if this is specific to iPad? I would assume iPhone users will have similiar behavior as the coding is the same. Do you have any other Pulse users experiencing similiar behavior?

It's a bit difficult to tell what the issue is as JTAC will need to look at the Pulse and IVE logs to determine the cause of the disconnect. Please open a JTAC case includes these logs for further analysis.

what does your user access log show?

though, as kita said, your best bet is to work with JTAC
