Hello every one.
I was wondering if any one has come acrossed this one.
I have been able to tweak the resolution with the geometry parameter but I haven't found any where how to translate the -f option into a bookmark parameter to get a full screen on the desktop.
I would appreciate if any could let me know.
Your suggestion will not work in this instance. Javi is referring to an open source Java applet that a lot of people use to deliver terminal services, versus the built in Juniper applet. There is no ability to control sizing through the bookmark in this case.
All manipulation of the applet is done through switch settings in the html code you create that wraps around the applet.
I see - "properRDP," a port of rdesktop.
The applet is called ProperJava rdp -
Works cross platform - that is the major advantage - Juniper actually refers to it in the terminal services setup pages - you will see it mentioned in the setup pages under the enable java support section.
The reason of using this java applet is to publish rdp connections to mac and linux machines without the need of using any client.
As far as the java client is installed on the machine obviusly.
Java applets are platform independent and they can be used without having to configure different access for different types of operative system.
It is working great but I can not find the parameter to configure the bookmark so it does full screen.
Guys, Any documentation for getting Proper RDP to work. I have installed hosted Java Apps before (JICA) but was hoping their was some kind of Doc to guide me. I checked out the KB but couldnt find anything. Is it basically the same as hosting a Java ICA Session ?
Hey Justin - tried to post a Word document and the appropriate JAR file (the sourceforge file is missing an element). The word document is one I am writing for my engineers and shows the install process. The Forum software bounced me. Send me your email and I will be glad to send it to you.
Note - the Word document is not even V1 - so any feeback is appreciated as I need to clean it up and make it pretty.
