ProperJava RDP Keyboard Mapping...

Hi All, I have had two (out of 15) Mac OS users report that after logging off the SSL-VPN (and ProperJavaRDP) that the keyboard mappings have changed and they have to go back and reset them... Has anyone ever seen this before? I'm not a Mac guy, so I really don't know wherer to start.. Thanks. -Stephen

Re: ProperJava RDP Keyboard Mapping...

Keyboard mappings on the client for their standard access in the Mac OS? Or while accessing the terminal server through the applet?

In either case, I at least, have not seen or heard of reports with keyboard issues.

Re: ProperJava RDP Keyboard Mapping...

Ok.. Got bad info the first run through. It's actually the Keyboard Mapping on the windows desktop that they RDP into. The next time they login onsite (After the SSL-VPN session is terminated), the keys are all scrambled on the Windows desktop. They have to reboot to return it to normal... As a work-around we've told everyone they should always restart thier machne on logging off.. Thanks. -S

Re: ProperJava RDP Keyboard Mapping...

Thank you for the information on what is happening; unfortunately, it is not something I have heard of on that either.

If you connect using the applet directly, rather than through the IVE, does the same thing happen?
