I have an issue with my proxy, many users complain about Internet beacause proxy is not configured, it must restart pulse client and after users have proxy on pulse client. You know this issue?
Users are seeing the proxy settings (PAC file) are not applied after connecting to VPN and it is getting applied for restarting the VPN connection?

Yes, you must :
- Reconnect on pulse client
- Restart workstation
- Add manually proxy on web browser (.PAC)
And to try this 3 solutions every times.
That's an interesting issue which I've not seen before, can you please replicate the provide the logs for review? Annotate with some meaningful texts with what you're going to do..attempt-1, reconnection, etc.
Pulse Client Logs:
1. Open Pulse Client.
2. File >> Logs >> Annotate >> "Action"
3. File >> Logs >> Log level >> Detailed.
4. Replicate the issue.
5. File >> Logs >> Save as.
