Pulse App Launcher- Failed to Contact Server on Mac

I've been having issues connecting to the VPN. It works fine for about a day or two, but then it stops connecting. I get up to the point where it's searching for the Pulse Application Launcher and receive the error message "Failed to contact server. Please check your network connection and try again." I've tried multiple browsers and get the same error. I'm on MacOS Mojave using Pulse Secure 9.0.3. The only thing that has worked for me is uninstalling PS and doing a fresh reinstall. But I can't keep doing this every 2 days. Please let me know if you have a solution for this, thank you.

Please replicate the issue and provide the PulseSecureAppLauncher.log for review.

server.resp code = 302 means HTTP 302 Found (Redirect) has been received from the VPN server instead of launch parameters.

UPDATE: 

 

After trying to launch the application again I received a new error message: 

"App" is not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated. This app will not work with future versions of macOS and needs to be updated to improve compatibility. Contact the developer for more information."

Unfortunately, we have to take debug logs from the VPN server to identify the root cause of the issue. Regarding the warning message, I believe you should install 9.1R3 Pulse launcher package.


I am curious to see the behavior in Windows workstations, can you try to launch Pulse Client from a Windows machine and see if works?

 

Also, why launching the Pulse Client through web browser instead you can initiate a connection from the Pulse Client application right?
