Pulse App Launcher- Failed to Contact Server on Mac

Hi guys,

got the same issue on macOs

following message in logs :

DSSSLSock.cpp:1906 - 'dsssl' Cert hash is not SHA256. len=32

http_connection.cpp:546 - 'http_connection' Returning DSHTTP_COMPLETE from state_ssl_connect

dsclient.cpp:977 - 'dsclient' an error 0 occurred while contacting server.resp code = 500

pplauncher.cpp:190 - 'Psal::AppLauncher' queryJavaAppLaunchParams failed to parse redirected server applet page parameters.

pplauncher.cpp:604 - 'Psal::AppLauncher' Failed to get parameters to invoke Pulse Secure Java Launcher.

ppDelegate.mm:65 - 'Psal::AppDelegate' applicationWillTerminate notification received

I tried on firefox and safari, installed Java... is it Java the problem?

@anthorak Can you please delete the PulseApplicationLauncher.app from ~/Library/Application Support/Pulse Secure folder and try to reinstall (it will prompt to download during the web session) and then try again?

Was this issue resolved - I have the same problem running on a Mac.
