Pulse Client Issues After Windows 10 Upgrade

Has anyone else experienced Pulse Client issues after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7?

I've now seen the same thing on multiple machines where after the upgrade, we can connect to the VPN using the Pulse client just once, after disconnecting we can't reconnect. It seems the virtual adapter is getting stuck in a disabled state and not getting removed after disconnect. A reboot of the machine fixes this but its not a good workaround to have all our users reboot after disconnecting.

Pulse Connect Secure version is 8.2R3

Pulse Desktop Clinet version is 5.2.3 (537)

I don't think we have seen this yet here; I know our testing hasn't shown it
Was Pulse installed when you did the upgrade to Windows 10? If yes, does a repair or remove & reinstall fix it?

Yes the client was installed before the upgrade. A repair or remove/reinstall does not fix it.

Exact same problem for me. Running Window 10 Pro Insider 16251.rs3 (1707210-2122) on a Gateway Desktop.
