this weekend, i proceed to the upgrade of our Pulse Secure Connect to 9.1.r4.3.
Today, all the users encountered problems with the Pulse Client.
Client is updated to 9.1.4 (2009).
When the client tries to connected, the authentication popup doesn't display.
We use two authentications (the first one is an external IDP Gemalto Safenet) and the second is Active Directory.
Does anybody met the same problem ?
Is it a hardware or virtual appliance?
9.1R4.3 code should not be installed on hardware appliance as it will cause the SBR daemon to crash (Pulse client connection loops in connecting/network error status). Please rollback and upgrade to 9.1R5 code, if it's a hardware appliance.
