Hello - I am attempting to get Pulse Collaboration connected to Microsoft Outlook 2016. I am able to install the add-in from the web portal. When I launch outlook it is not able to successfully load the COM plug-in.
When I navigate to File > Options > Add-Ins (I can see that Pulse Collaboration Addin) is listed under the Inactive Application Add-ins.
So I then goto Manage > COM Add-ins > GO
I attempt to enable the plug-in but it gives the following error message:
"Load Behavior: Not Loaded. A runetime error occured during the loading of the COM Add-in."
I am currently running Microsoft Outlook 2016 64-Bit. Does this add-in not support 64 bit office? My PSA is running 9.1R1 (build 1505)
