Pulse Collaboration - 'slow' refresh on attendee

Hi,

We are using Collaboration for an external user access an internal computer for development.

There is a little delay (arround 1 second) between a key press (from the computer of external user) and the refresh of the screen. But in the internal computer it is imediate the refresh.

Anyone know if this is a limitation in the software, or could be a problem in PCS?

That sounds about right.
What version of the PCS are you using?
What are the client OS versions?

Our PCS have 8.2R8.2 and client OS are windows 10.

Do you know if newer version of PCS (8.3 family) has any improvements on this?

I am not aware of any changes to this. You can try a case to see if there is anything that can be done, but the speed you reported sounds right.
