Re: Pulse Connect Fails in OSX Sierra

Looks like Beta 5 breaks even Pulse 3.0.5. Ouch.

Re: Pulse Connect Fails in OSX Sierra

Is there a beta release that has a fix for the issue?

the same for sierra 10.12 Beta (16A313a). does not allow to set connections.
when clicking on ADD, (or connect) a dialog says:

Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure service.

Re: Pulse Connect Fails in OSX Sierra

Uninstall Pulse Secure, and go find an old 5.0.3 version of Junos Pulse. It will work.

FYI: Pulse Connect Secure 5.2.5 (869) works on macOS Sierra.

Re: Pulse Connect Fails in OSX Sierra

Nevermind, get 5.2.5. It fixes the Sierra issues.

Re: Pulse Connect Fails in OSX Sierra

Now if I could actually get a link to download v5.2.5 r869 I would try it. Currently the client I have a link for is ps-pulse-mac-5.2r4.1-b787-installer.dmg and that one crashes (this is the one PulseSecure send out via email when you request to download the client).

I went back to 5.0.3 r44983 at the moment since that is working for me.

@EntropyWorks: are you able to login to the support site (my.pulsesecure.net) to download the latest client? Or you may be able to ask your IT team, or if you are evaluating the software, work with your account team to obtain the 5.2R5 client

Re: Pulse Connect Fails in OSX Sierra

You can download the client directly from your Pulse Secure customer account.

Re: Pulse Connect Fails in OSX Sierra

Uninstall your Pulse Secure client and download the 5.2r5.0-b869-installer from https://as.exeter.ac.uk/it/network/vpn/.

This solved the problem for me.
