Under what circumstances will the Pulse transport mode fall back from ESP to SSL (assuming fallback is enabled)?
Most common scenario is when the port is blocked by a FW so ESP can't be run.
I have same situation, but ESP to SSL fall back is dependent on the security settings that's configured. If I have TLS 1.1 or above configured it's falling back to SSL.
I am clueless why?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
