Pulse - Host Checker and SmartPhone

Hi Forum,

Pulse can be used on several Smartphone.

I would like to know if we can use host checker to validate an Iphone or BlackBerry or even android device?

Can we check for example a serial number, or something that can identify the Samrtphone as a corporate device?

I don't know the answer to that question but just want to clarify something.

Pulse for Remote Client Access is available on iPhone/Android. So your question would only apply (at this time) to those platforms (and possibly only to iPhone since Android is still running under core-access).

Pulse Mobile Security client is available on several other platforms, including Blackberry, but does not interact with HostChecker.

Host Checker / Cache Cleaner features are not supported on Android/iPhone
